Delivery charges

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: Rs. 100 — free on orders above Rs. 2,000.
• Outside Kathmandu Valley: Rs. 250.

Delivery time

Inside the valley we usually deliver within 1–2 days. Outside the valley, delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Payment

Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.

Returns & exchanges

If something is wrong with your bear, contact us within 7 days of delivery on +977-9841688226 and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Bears must be unused and in their original packaging.
